Cancellations & Refunds
Thank you for booking at Sawmills Farm, we hope you are looking forward to your stay with us. Despite our best intentions we all know that life can sometimes upset our plans so if you need to cancel or make a change to your booking please contact us as soon as possible.
Bookings for our campsite can be cancelled at any time. To do so please email info@www.sawmillsfarm.co.uk with your booking reference and requested cancellation. To receive a full refund* please cancel at least 28 days or more before your arrival date.
Outlined below are our refund terms

- Refunds can take up to 5 working days to show back up in your account.
